Housekeeping
Please arrive to your first appointment with bare, natural nails.
I do not work on top of work done by other salons, with no exceptions.
If you need to remove another salon’s product, I charge a $20 soak off fee.
Please add a soak off to your appointment when booking, as it can impact the length of your appointment time.
Punctuality
Please do not arrive at your appointment earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive early, please wait in your car.
If you are 10 minutes late:
You will be charged for the booked service(s), but we may adjust your service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late:
Your appointment will be considered cancelled, and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Running late?
Please contact us on Instagram if you are running late.
If we are running behind schedule, we will notify you via text of your updated start time.
What if We Contact You to Reschedule
We may contact you to reschedule your appointment if necessary. If this is the case, we will give you as much notice as possible and provide alternative dates to accommodate you. Your deposit is non‑refundable, and you may use it later to rebook if no other suitable dates are available at the time.
Health & Liability Policy
If your nails have any discolouration, bruising, or fungal infection, or you have any fresh wounds around your fingers, we will not be able to complete your service.
Please contact us if this applies to you before booking your appointment.
If we can’t continue with your service, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will not be rescheduled until healed.
Mandy’s Hyperfixated Nail Studio is not responsible for any allergic or adverse reactions to products and the methods used. We are not held responsible for any accidents that happen in our studio.
Quality Guarantee
Please do not book with me if you would like a quick in and out job. I like to take my time to ensure you walk out satisfied with quality nails.
Appointment times may vary depending on the complexity of your nail art design.
I advise all clients to send your inspo pictures prior to booking so I can confirm I have all the specific products to complete the look.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds of any kind.
During your appointment you will be asked for your opinion at each step.
Please voice any concerns you have at this point.
If for any reason you have an issue with your nails after leaving the studio, contact me ASAP!
Flaws/Breakages within 72 hours will be repaired at my discretion free of charge.
Nail repairs after 72 hours will be charged $2 per nail if during your next appointment or $10 per nail outside the appointment time.

This is my income and I need to be strict on my policies.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelling more than 48 hours before your appointment, you can use your deposit to rebook an appointment.
You will receive a confirmation text 24 hours prior to your appointment; this is your last opportunity to reschedule if need be. Any late cancellation will result in a forfeit of deposit, which will be taken as a cancellation fee.
No shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked and will not be able to book in the future.
How to reschedule or cancel:
Please contact us on Instagram at least 24 hours before your appointment to make changes or to cancel your appointment. We understand sometimes life gets in the way, but please keep in mind that our cancellation policy will apply to any appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice.
